PagerPro® is the software package that burst onto the paging industry scene in 1992 and revolutionized accounting for pager companies. PagerPro® is a complete accounts receivables program that does much more than any simple billing package. PagerPro® handles all the billing for a pager company or telephone answering service with ease that is unmatched. Everything you need is at your fingertips, from an easy to understand menu to complete documentation within the program.
Gone are the days of keeping handwritten accounts receivable ledgers; gone are the days of handwritten statements to customers; and if your company is computerized, gone are the days of software that is hard to learn and does not fit your needs. These problems are no longer problems with PagerPro®. PagerPro® does what other programs cannot. For instance, can your package handle multiple billing cycles? PagerPro® can. Can your package charge for overcalls? PagerPro® can. Can your package page delinquent accounts automatically? PagerPro® can.

- Search for Customers by Customer Code, Customer Name, Customer Telephone Number, Salesman, Zipcode and Group.
- Customer Code can be comprised of letters and/or numerals and can be up to 10 characters long.
- Customer code is automatically entered (if desired).
- Customer code can be easily changed.
- Will NOT be obsolete at the turn of the century—most computer programs will not allow the user to input 4 digits for the year—PagerPro® does.
- Allows end—user to split customer base into different groups. For example, group customers by location, service type, city, etc.
- Customer File contains fields for the customer name, 2 addresses, city, state, zip + 4 zipcode, 2 customer telephone numbers, contact person, p.o. field.
- Customer file displays aging information.
- Keeps unlimited history on customer.
- Tracks inventory.

You do not have to be a computer expert to use PagerPro®. The program was designed to be used by people who have very little computer experience. If you can use a computer keyboard, you can use PagerPro®. And to make it easier, it can be used with a mouse.

The Demo Version contains every feature PagerPro® has, but limits the number of pagers you can enter into the system to 100. When you upgrade from the Demo Version to the Value Version 500, you simply install the update and you are ready to enter up to 500 pagers. When you upgrade, you do not have to re—key any data.Value Version 500—30 days of FREE technical support and the User’s Guide (printed manual).
The Value Version 500 contains every feature PagerPro® has, but limits the number of pagers you can enter into the system to 500. When you upgrade from the Demo Version to the Value Version 500 or from the Value Version 500 to the Full Version, you simply install the update and you are ready to enter more pagers. You do not have to re—key any data. Also, when you upgrade to the Full Version, you receive full credit for the Value Version 500 towards the purchase of the Full Version.

The Full Version has all the features as the Demo Version and the Value Version 500, but it never limits the number of pagers you can enter into the system.

The Multi—User Add—On enables you to use PagerPro® on a network. Unlike some Multi—user Programs that are licensed per user, PagerPro® allows unlimited number of users with the network version.

The FoxFire Query and Report Writer Add—On enables the end—user (you) to create their own queries and reports using their PagerPro® data. PagerPro® contains over 300 reports, but sometimes that just is not enough. For example, you need a report on all clients from a particular city. PagerPro® does not contain a report that is that specific, but you can create it with the FoxFire Query and Report Writer Add—On. The FoxFire Query and Report Writer Add—On is available in both DOS and Windows Versions.
